The space
The main floor features a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely dining room and a cozy living room with a 42″ HDTV for your entertainment.
The upper floors you’ll find 3 bedrooms with dedicated workspace areas; each has a window with room-darkening shades. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, plus Netflix access and private bathroom with a tub feature. The second bedroom has double size bed, while the third bedroom has a queen-size bed.
Laundry facility is located in the basement which is shared with the basement suite tenant, which also serves as a common space shared with the basement residents. However, this does not pose a security risk; the basement is equipped with security features to prevent access to upper floors.
The Outdoor has a private patio or balcony, and a fully fenced backyard to provide you with a sense of privacy while enjoying the beautiful scenery.
